Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Nick Polito left the Queen City on his third birthday and moved west with his family to Merced, California. It was during his participation in a Merced Junior College (MJC) Summer Theatre Program that Nick began his acting career at the tender age of eight. From then on, he rigorously contributed to the Merced community theatre scene, acting in various ensembles, namely, the Merced Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA).

Nick continued acting and directing throughout his four years at Golden Valley High School (GVHS). While playing the position as catcher for the year-round GVHS Cougars’ baseball team, he continued to study acting at MCPA and even found time to enroll in evening college preparatory courses at MJC. Nick was committed to excellence on the stage, on the baseball field and in academia.

His drive and willingness to work toward his goal inspired him to take a leap of faith and relocate to Los Angeles. He pursued his passion for acting while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He found his niche at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). Complementing a B.A. in Theatre Arts, he earned a double minor in Ethics and Theology. Though he had a commitment to high academic achievement, Nick managed to stay actively involved in the LMU community on many different levels including Consul (president) of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, a manager of two student-run campus facilities, and an active leader in service to the people of Los Angeles. Needless to say, Nick continues to be held in high esteem by the LMU Faculty and student community.

The greatest of his experiences and accomplishments at LMU is held sacred to the theatre where he acted in three Main Stage and one Del Rey Players production. He also had the distinctive opportunity to assistant direct a Main Stage production during his junior year—one that is only granted to a chosen few.

A 2004 graduate of LMU, Nick left an unforgettable impression on those with whom he came in contact. Now an adult, he is ready to embark on his life’s next calling—a working actor in Los Angeles—creating the same legacy in a business, which is thirsting for artists who possess integrity, passion, ethics and a commitment to excellence.
